Step 1. Download an FTP client on your computer. This is user friendly software that facilitates the use of FTP to connect to a remote server (M2 server). The most popular FTP client is Filezilla . It is 100% free and offers a very intuitive interface that will get you up and running in a couple of minutes.

Step 2. Retrieve the information that was given to you by M2 (host, username, password) to connect to our remote server (where the product images and videos are stored). If you have not received login information for our FTP server, Click here to contact us and ask for FTP credentials
